If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. Perishable goods (fresh flowers) are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, but we will still resolve issues fairly — see our Return Policy for details.
Delivery
We deliver across London and the United Kingdom. Delivery timeframes are provided at the point of order. Same-day delivery in London may be available for orders placed before noon. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to you on delivery.
